An anti-slip mat’s coefficient of sliding friction is dependant on the material combination. To achieve maximum slip resistance, the contact surfaces, which are the freight and the vehicle floor, have to be well swept, dry, and free of any grease. The following data was collected in practical and laboratory measurements.  Please be aware that the actual friction coefficients and other values might differ as they are subject to surface pressure, outside temperature, air humidity,  surface texture and the amount of dirt on the surface of the freght and vehicle.
